"Super Admin" role

add a new roll called super admin or something along those lines, these users will be able to dynamically update the data in the "About" tab in the settings, this will make it a lot easier to change license expiry dates and the number of licenses without the need of Dev every time.

This role could also be used for more configuration like this in the future if it is needed.
