There isn't actually an event in Microsoft Teams for when a technician is typing so this won't actually be possible to implement unless we move to a native client for handoff technicians instead of having them also use Teams.

Unfortunately, Microsoft Teams doesn't allow us access to this.
We will continue to look into ways we can get around this but for the time being, we're unable to implement a solution for this.
