Would be good for a technician during a handoff to have some quick replies to reduce the amount of reused typing. Could be used with ai as well to generate responses based on what the end-user has put.
Unfortunately, MS Teams doesn't provide suitable features to allow us to achieve this in a feasible manner.
We understand the need to have this to streamline the efficiency in handoff, however, this will have to wait until we have a Native chat/handoff client.

I really like this idea, however, I think it would only work in a native handoff client as we might struggle to implement a workaround solution inside teams. This certainly requires some thought as I can see it being a very useful feature.
