Change Card Definitions page title to Card Configurations

The landing page a user is taken to when clicking on ‘Card Designer’ is titled ‘Card Definitions’. However, it would be more helpful if the page titled ‘Card Definitions’ were re-titled ‘Card Configurations’.

Rational
1) The URL refers to this page a configurations and not definitions

2) Each card has its own field called ‘card definition’

3) Guiding users is easier if there is conceptual clarity and distinction between locations and features within a given topic of discussion.
