The Link Business Object action allows you to create a relationship between two business object records in Ivanti Neurons for ITSM using Link Business Objects API.

Understanding the Link Business Objects action
The Link Business Object action is used to associate two records in Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, allowing you to build relationships such as parent-child connections between business objects. This is used to connect related items, such as linking an Incident to a Problem or associating a Task with a Change Request.
Neurons for ISM System
Select the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM system that the schema will be retrieved from.
Business Object
Specify the exact name of the business object. For example: Incident
Relationship
The name of the relationship as defined in the Ivanti environment.
Parent Business Object Unique Id
The unique identifier of the parent record the action will link to. (RecId)
Child Business Object Unique Id
The unique identifier of the child record the action will link to. (RecId)
